SinaLand (formerly known as Sinar Pembangunan Sdn Bhd) is one of the long-established developers in Sabah. SinaLand takes great pride as one of the few “sell-upon-completion” developers in Sabah.

Incorporated in 1964 by Mr Lam Hak Ming, the company began with developing small scale residential projects. Over the past 50 years, SinaLand has developed and completed more than 23 medium and large scale residential and commercial projects in Sabah.
